About the event
A chance each month to relax and feel the vibration of the gongs and various other instruments surround your body. Yoga mats, light blankets, small cushions and a few bolsters are available at the retreat to use during the session. Please bring other items for your comfort like thick socks, eye pillows, thick blankets, warm comfortable clothes and big cushions.
