About the event
Join Laura for a half day workshop at the Hands On Retreat in Ashburton. This is a restful space of connection where we will forage for wild medicine and learn about healing spring plant properties to cleanse & restore. Together, we will create a spring tonic, infuse herbal oils and make a healing intention massage balm to take home. Our time will close by connecting to the vitality of Spring through a ritual tea ceremony to send you on your way feeling revitalised and nourished.
