Spring Equinox is a beautiful threshold for delving into restoring balance in your inner and outer worlds. We are gathering again to journey with our native plant teachers and listen to our bodies and wild instincts. It is an invitation to remember what you already know deep in your DNA, and reconnect to how much love and support the nature longs to offer you. This time, our focus is harmony of our yin-yang energy channels (sometimes referred to as ida-pingala or sun-moon) and we are working with both Mugwort and Nettle medicine.

There are many yogic techniques and other bioenergetic practices which can be used to harmonise our internal energy systems and lead to healing and bio-spiritual evolution.  Working with plant consciousness is another way of achieving this harmony.
