This afternoon is dedicated to you as a woman. This is an opportunity to rest, to nurture yourself and to receive nourishing practices to enhance your self care.
You are so very welcome to join this afternoon space of rest and rejuvenation.
As women we often look after others but rarely get any dedicated time to care for ourselves. This afternoon gives you the opportunity to share space with other women, to rest, to practice gentle yoga movement, self massage with Ayurvedic oils and to experience deep relaxation.
Our time together will be feminine and flowing, as well as deeply nurturing.
This mini retreat is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or experience.
There will be time for sharing, discussion and reflection.
