I offer a heart-centred, therapeutic blend of Shiatsu, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and Facial Acupressure to help you release physical tension, emotional blocks, and long-held patterns. My sessions provide a safe, nurturing space to restore balance, ease stress, and cultivate energy and calm.
What I Offer:
Shiatsu: A Japanese healing bodywork often described as “acupuncture without needles.” Using gentle touch through clothing, Shiatsu supports your body’s energy systems, relieves stress, and promotes physical and emotional wellbeing. Suitable for a wide range of conditions, it encourages the body’s natural ability to heal.
EFT (tapping): Emotional Freedom Technique)This technique combines guided acupressure on key points with focused attention on emotional or physical challenges, helping to release tension and limiting beliefs quickly. Once learned, you can use it anytime, anywhere for ongoing support.
Facial Acupressure: A relaxing therapy that works on facial acupressure points to support emotional balance, stress relief, and full-body wellbeing.
Supervision: For complementary therapists, energy workers, and bodyworkers.

Sessions can be booked individually (1 hour Shiatsu / EFT/ or Facial Acupressure) or as a combined 90-minute session for a full-body mind-body reset.

Practical note: for Shiatsu, please wear comfortable, long-sleeved clothing and clean socks. (No jeans or skirts) Avoid heavy meals beforehand.
