Kath is offering warm and sumptuous Holistic Massage.

 

My Holistic Massage is a sweet blend of:

• Swedish - to get you beautifully relaxed

• Remedial - including stretches, mobilisations and Deep tissue work- to help to address any injuries or stiffness.

• Fascial Release - this is a slow conscious holding, gently encouraging the tissues (fascia) to soften. Oftentimes the only option if someone is in pain.

I also offer:

•  Scar Tissue Release -  post surgery, or injury- scar Tissue can get “stuck” and restrictive. Often causing long term, far reaching impingements.

• Oncology Massage - which is primarily to support my clients at every stage of their cancer journey.

This is essentially about adapting any treatment to meet them where they are at.
This approach is also beneficial for ME, fibromyalgia and any condition that needs a gentle, intuitive touch.

My Therapeutic Journey ... We had a year, about 9 years ago, when everybody died. Well, not everybody, but I lost my mom, my dear friend and my beloved aunt. That difficult time was a catalyst for me to start using my hands to benefit the people that I love. And my practice has grown from there.

When I’m not seeing clients, I am a gardener and beekeeper, which is a great grounding counter balance to the Bodywork.
