ABOUT THE HANDS ON RETREAT

The Hands On Retreat is situated in a horseshoe shaped valley, in the hamlet of Pridhamsleigh. It is surrounded by green fields with far reaching views of Dartmoor.  Originally a stable block, it has been lovingly converted into an accessible wellness centre with therapy rooms, a studio, a shower room, bohemian outdoor and indoor lounge areas and a peace garden. 

 

It is a peaceful haven to experience complimentary therapies, counselling, wellness events, classes and day retreats.

 

Our experienced retreat practitioners and visiting practitioners, work with a person centered, holistic approach, taking the time to understand your individual needs so that you can be fully supported on your healing journey.
