ABOUT THE HANDS ON RETREAT

The Hands On Retreat is situated in a horseshoe shaped valley, in the hamlet of Pridhamsleigh. It is surrounded by green fields with far reaching views of Dartmoor.  Originally a stable block, it has been lovingly converted into a warm, inviting, accessible wellness centre with 5 therapy rooms, a group therapy/yoga studio, a wet therapy room / shower room, a bohemian outdoor and indoor lounge area with kitchenette and a peace garden. 

 

It is a peaceful haven where you are invited to experience advanced holistic therapies, counselling, wellness events, classes and day retreats.

 

Our practitioners work with a person centered, holistic approach.  Taking the time to understand your individual needs so that you can be fully supported on your healing journey.
