About the event
We will recreate the temple of the Goddess in our circle. In this circle everything is sacred and we are all goddesses. Practices will include feminine movement, deep restful Yoga Nidra, Mudra and Mantra.Our time together will be feminine and flowing, as well as deeply nurturing.There will be time for sharing, discussion and reflection.
The intention is to offer a space where we all feel we can be truly ourselves, just as we are. We can be however we need to be in this space, restful or more interactive, everyone is so very welcome.
