Held on Wednesdays               5.30pm – 7.30pm

Held at the Hands on Retreat Centre, Pridhamsleigh, Nr Ashburton

Each monthly shamanic circle holds a themed focus and opens the door for us to explore shamanic practices for personal and collective well-being. Shamanic practices include guided meditations, visualizations, ceremony, divination,

healing and centre around a drum or rattle led shamanic journey.
