Plant Medicine Ceremony - with Clare Barnes

Come and dance with the energies on the cusp of the Summer Solstice as we receive the wild medicine and guidance from our native plant allies.

We will be journeying with St Johns Wort and Mugwort, and the theme is unlocking our inner light and anchoring it more fully in the body. 

Embodied light is our dominant organic state of being, yet so often it can feel a million miles away from our lived experience! We can be convinced we need to "work on ourselves" to access our luminosity, or that it is some peak spiritual state we can glimpse but not fully enjoy.
