COVID 19 PROTOCOL
Although extensive measures are being taken at the cabin to avoid infection, clients need to assess their own risk in terms of their own safety to attend a session. This includes underlying medical conditions and other risk factors.
We cannot unfortunately guarantee a 100% safe working environment as you can understand.
Please do not attend a session if you are feeling unwell, have a high temperature, a persistent dry cough or a loss of taste and smell, or if you have been in close contact with someone with the Covid 19 virus in the last 14 days.

Individual therapists are responsible for their own PPE.

Last minute Covid 19 related cancellation fees will NOT apply until further notice.

Initial consultations and client updates will be carried out over the phone or email whenever possible.
Please knock on the cabin door on arrival and allow the therapist to open and close the door for you.
Clients will be asked to wash their hands and/or use the cabin hand sanitiser on arrival at the cabin.
Please bring your own drink to the session.
Although not a rule, please bring your own mask or other PPE if you wish to wear it during the session.
Please use the container provided for your clothes when you undress.

The cabin will be cleaned at the start and end of each day by the therapist using the space, and additional time will be added between clients to allow for additional cleaning. The cleaning protocol includes: handles, chair arm rests, toilet/sink, work surfaces, clothes container, switches, jars of massage product used including the lids. The door and window will be opened for ventilation. Clean towels and couch coverings will be used for each client.

Facial massage from therapists will be avoided until further notice. Social distancing will be exercised where possible.

Therapists will cancel the session if they are feeling unwell, have a high temperature, a persistent dry cough or a loss of taste and smell, or if they have been in close contact with someone with the Covid 19 virus in the last 14 days.

All visitors to the cabin will be asked to read and sign a Covid 19 waiver form before their first appointment.
