Schedule for this offering
This day is designed to focus upon our heart energy, resilience as well as compassion, using ancient arts from Tibet and China.
Herbal teas and healthy sweet treats as well as a nourishing vegan lunch are included.
A handout of readings and information shared will be provided for all who join us.
Arrivals and settle in from 930am. We will begin our practice together at 10am.
Sound meditation followed by Hridaya (heart) mantra and mudra with Sally.
