About the event
A weekly Pilates class on Thursday evenings, 6.30–7.30pm, with a focus on building strength, mobility, balance and body awareness. Physiotherapy led class.
Booking is essential as spaces are limited.
Zoe is a Chartered Physiotherapist, Level 4 Sports Massage Practitioner and Pilates Instructor offering 1:1 sessions at the retreat.
