Self Compassion Day Retreat with Sami Woods
Sami is a warm natured and patient yoga instructor with over 15 years experience (Hatha, Menopause and Yin) and is also a trained sound and reiki healer.
You are invited to a full day of gloriously gentle yet deeply nourishing activities including gentle yoga practice, Yoga Nidra, Self Massage and a sound bath, to ease you softly into the changing season.
All abilities very welcome. Booking essential. Snacks and shared lunch. £70pp
