Somatic Therapeutic Yoga
For anyone feeling in need of a whole system reset – mind, body and spirit.
Somatic movement use mostly floor based low-impact natural movements performed with embodied awareness, to regulate the nervous system and bring about states of healing and deep rest.
Suitable for all levels, Tony will gently guide you through each movement in the sequence to bring you to a state of feeling rested, calm and deeply relaxed.
