TOUCH We begin with a sacred practice of intuitive, attuned touch, where Meesh and Jamie will move gently around the space, offering each participant grounding touch, aromatic oils, and energy balancing. This is a held ritual of presence, where scent, hands, and attention become the medicine. This is a group experience, where everyone remains fully clothed and in their own individual comfy nests with blankets and cushions.
