If you wish to cancel an order, please email info@hands-on-skincare.co.uk as soon as possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, please return unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 21 days for a full refund.

Unfortunately, return postage is non-refundable unless the order was sent by error.

REFUNDS

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, you have a complaint about your item or would like a refund, please email info@hands-on-skincare.co.uk and we will arrange a refund or replacement.

It is essential that proof of purchase and photos of the damage are provided to arrange a refund or replacement.

Please note, as with all natural products, there may be variations in colour and scent from batch to batch. Please also be aware that extreme heat during delivery can sometimes affect the texture of the product.
When Hands On Skincare receives any personal information through the “Contact Us” form, we will not use the information for any other purpose except to respond to queries from the customer.

Customer information is only gathered when an order is placed and Hands On Skincare uses this information to fulfill your order. After an order is placed, we add your details to our database, and may send the occasional newsletter. Customers will also occasionally be sent promotional offers and discounts, but only if they sign up for them.
