If you wish to cancel an order, please email info@hands-on-skincare.co.uk as soon as possible.
If your order has already been dispatched, please return unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 21 days for a full refund.
Unfortunately, return postage is non-refundable unless the order was sent by error.
REFUNDS
In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, you have a complaint about your item or would like a refund, please email info@hands-on-skincare.co.uk and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
It is essential that proof of purchase and photos of the damage are provided to arrange a refund or replacement.
Please note, as with all natural products, there may be variations in colour and scent from batch to batch. Please also be aware that extreme heat during delivery can sometimes affect the texture of the product.
